"If I could leave no stars I would. Blondell is rude, non chalant, & she just lost us as customers, (we've been customers for over 5 years) & going to lose my mother as a customer for never calling her back & keeping her word (& she's been a customer for over 10 years) so that let's you know she doesn't care about loyalty. Want our advice? Get another agent who cares & doesn't talk to you like you're, "Less than"!!"
